I was working nearby and needed new windshield wipers. Popped in and was immediately greeted and got the correct wipers. They even put them on for me (thank god 😂).
I have been shopping at O'reillys for many years.Jessica has been more helpful than many other associates.Any one that deals with the public has a hard road ahead.Give her a break.Be patient people.A lot of us don't know what we want or need so she has to play detective to figure it out.O'reilly is lucky she hasn't left like so many others.DON'T LEAVE JESSICA!............
