We travel for business, had to replace two batteries on the road for our F250. Hunter was polite & helpful over the phone, B4 we arrived. Sorry that we do not know the guy with the earring plug, he was also kind, & helped Hunter, being younger, with our check out, etc....... He & the red bearded guy we're all super, nice. Like our hometown O'Reilly's.... We felt right at home.
The employee “Hunter” is very nice!! He helped me find a good set of break pads for cheap! 10/10 will continue going there just because of the service! Thank you!
When I need parts they are the ones I use no matter where I may be in this country.
Every time I go in there for any reason there is one employee who is absolutely rude for no reason. Do not work with the public if you do not know how to talk to people!
