No matter who's working at this Oreillys, the service is always helpful. This team is not afraid to walk out to your car and help out as much as allowed per policy, and sometimes more, shh. Espanol? Got it covered.(Most of the time). 7 years of 5 star service, thank you.
Employee John is completely unhelpful and borderline rude. He would rather play in his phone than help customers. Yesterday I went in to get my battery checked and he acted like it was a huge inconvenience to him. Now today he refused to run the OBD2 to check for error codes because the check engine light wasn't on despite the fact that it will throw codes without it being on and I'm experiencing a Drivetrain Malfunction error. Best advice, go somewhere else, or go back when he's not working.
These Guys Are The Best!! Itt was pouring rain and my head light went out. The associate Michael was so very kind to change the bulb and everything for me. I didn't have to get wet or dirty. Not to mention how kind and courteous and clean the entire store is. 👌👌👌👌👍 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM!!
