Went there for a part. Was assured that the part came with the nuts and bolts. They had to order the part. When I returned to get the part it came without the nuts and bolts. They told me they would reordered the part and to come back the next morning to pick it up. Upon going back the next day the bolts and nuts were still missing. They looked deeper into what the part came with and realized that it did not come with the hardware. They then advised me to go to zappon's a dealership, to get the nuts and bolts. Within a month and a half these guys have lost 2 hydrolic hoses on my 74 year old father then they make his hoses wrong 3 times in a month and a half now their saying it again cant find it bro thats a brand new machine need the hose sorry dont no what to tell you they say so disrespectful its not funny why send the broken hose with all the rite ends on it just for y9u to make it wrong again doesn't get any easier and you treat me like im the one in the wrong yes I am for bringing any business to that store with almost everyo... read more
