Had the tools to rent and the parts I needed. Knowledgeable clerk was good to have.
Very POOR customer service from TJ. So what if my daughter is known to him, she is still a customer and should have been treated with respect. She had her VIN number and needed help. She was a customer before someone else and he disrespected her by ignoring her. If I could give negative stars I definitely would have done
