Update: They own their very kindly and respectfully reached out to me to ask if there was anything that could be done to keep my business. Terrible customer service. I walked in at the same time as two other men. both other men went down isles to get what they needed. I walked straight to the counter to purchase a part from behind the counter. The employee behind the counter said it would be a minute He had to see what the other guy needed first (The other guy who wasn't in line walking down the isle getting what he needed).... read more
