I have never been to an O'Reilly store that has been as rude as this one. If I could give less then 1 stare I would. I must have interrupted his nap at the counter. I will travel 50 miles to a different auto store before I even walk into this one ever again. O'Reilly really needs to look at there hiring practices. Y'all lost me as a customer that has spent thousands of dollars over the past 5 years.
Dan was so willing to help me replace my battery and took care of installing the new one. He went above and beyond! Thank you so much, Dan! I’ll definitely be coming back to this store in the future for any automotive needs. 👍🙌
