Victor was awesome! Everytime I have a problem with my car, I always so happen to get his help. When I come in to get a part or ask a question, I always ask for his opinion now. When I got a new license plate setof lights, he had offered to install them for me, and I really appreciated him for coming to my vehicle and changing it out. He definitely knows how to fix a vehicle problem! At least what you can here at Oreilys! Thank you so much!
Shannon in Big Springs was awesome. Was stranded on the side of the road 15 miles out of town and needed a new retainer clip for our transmission line and transmission fluid. They had no delivery drives that could help us. So on Shannon's lunch she drove out to rescue us with the parts we needed, and won't even accept a tip. What a great person. Thank you
Doesn’t properly explain how things work when returning! Proceeded to do it without saying or asking any questions after I told her the card i purchased with was invalid. I asked to speak with a manager and instead of saying “he’ll here in the morning” they put another employee on the phone who was so rude explaining policy’s “VICTOR” and then says I can talk to a manager in the morning. Worst experience I could have!
