They ordered the wrong part, which is no big deal usually, but when I went in to pick the part up, it took them over 45 minutes to find the part, be able to pull it up in the computer, and it was issue after issue. Not the first time either, sadly.

Told me I needed a new battery said they put it on the tester saying it was bad took it to another store and they showed me the battery was good just needed charger they were trying to get me to spend money
