My engine light came on so stopped off, I was on my way from Huntsville Alabama to Columbus Ohio. Stopped here because it was close to the freeway. They quickly came out and plugged their computer into my car then ran me a report, all for free. Staff was very polite and explained the problem to me. I called my son, the family car expert, and he agreed with the advice they gave me. I'm now sitting in nearby mechanics waiting for an estimate.
Stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts and Cole handled everything like a pro—knew exactly what I needed and got right to work without any hesitation. Let’s just say the way he got me set up was quick, smooth, and left me way more satisfied than I expected from a parts run.
Alex was great. He diagnosed my battery to bad. He helped me pick out a new battery and offered to change the battery out.
