Shoutout to Kimberly at the Kingsland location! My friend called to ask if they would change her battery for her if we bought one from them. We specified that on her 2013 Ford Escape, you have to take the cowling off to get to the battery, and they still confirmed it was possible to be done. We got to the location and were told they were not qualified to change it due to removing parts other then the battery. We were put into a bad situation due to having turned the car off for a charge test, and not able to turn it back on ... read more
