Very helpful. I had to to replace wipers on a Mini Cooper S. There were no rear window wipers that fit. Whoever helped me went above and beyond to modify a rear window wiper. Sweet! It works fine. Now that is commendable! Free installation to boot.

I contacted the store about a battery for my moms car. Steve was the one who helped me over the phone. I brought the car up to the store and he installed the battery. He was SUPER helpful over the phone and in person.

I didn't exactly know which oil to put into my car so I asked Justin, and he looked it up for me got me the right oil and I couldn't get my cap off so he came out with some channel locks and pulled my cap off for me. Real nice gentleman and real enjoyable to talk with. Thank you Justin you did a great job man!
