I was working in the area making deliveries and my headlight went out on my truck so I made it to O'Reilly a few minutes before closing and purchased a headlight bulb and a connector to replace the burnt one. I barely made it to my truck before the employees were locking up for the night. Worst service ever
Very bad service
Traveling and the battery in my key fob decided to give out. Stopped to get it replaced, but they were out of the size I needed. They sent me next door to CVS (walking distance) and even though I didn't buy the battery from them, they replaced it for me! Excellent customer service. Thanks so much!
