Awesome customer service. They really go above and beyond to help you out. And they kinda have to because my only complaint is that there are QR codes to look up info on products, but there is already bad cell service on that end of the town and NONE inside the store and to to make matters worse, there is NO wifi for the customers, making those QR codes completely pointless forcing us to rely completely on the employees. Good thing they're good at their jobs!
Definitely better than AutoZone I walk in and the guy Logan instantly was ready to help got my stuff checked out told me exactly what I needed I went to AutoZone beforehand and they literally told me they were too busy when they sing a person before me when I was there before that person so I recommend O'Reilly's over AutoZone
I just want to thank the folks at O'reilly in Tell City, and especially the manager, who performed an act of extraordinary human kindness in getting me back on the road after my battery took a powder. It is nice to see that people still have some fellow feeling.
