Used to work here. After leaving, the company wiped out all records of the purchases i made while working there. Bought lifetime warranty tools that I've had a problem getting replaced because no records can be found and apparently the asst.manager doesn't have the authority to replace lifetime warranty tools without the manager's approval, even when she's not in the store and won't be for a few days.
Parts are getting steadily higher and higher... I've resorted to ordering online for the most part.
They will not answer the phone I just called 5 times and someone kept picking up and hanging back up.
