Called in some parts for my car and was told everything was in stock currently. Would not pull my order until I got to the store. What is the point of pre-ordering if I'm not guaranteed my parts. Also no option to prepay to hold the parts until I get off work and can get to the store. My only option the rep gave me was to order online, but then I cannot get my shop discount.

I needed to get new spark plugs and a new fuel filter for a Yamaha outboard motor, and Dan was extremely helpful. He was able to quickly find the compatible parts I needed, and thanks to his terrific service we will now be able to get on the lake for 4th of July. Thanks so much, Dan!
