walked in there with a bad attitude on a rough day, walked out totally impressed. not only did i get the gear i needed at a fine price, the counter guy came out to my car and demonstrated how it worked. terrific experience.
My son called to get a rice on a renal tool. The tool was for a caliper for rear breaks. The person on phone aside to go on line and look up part yourself. When there’s a poster sheet that has all rentals on it at counter for them to look up. My friend who works in a store in CT got the price for me. While in Maine on vacation he works at store 5422. Pretty good store. Folks are friendly and they have a good selection, good service.
Very unprofessional and rude people work here. Wouldn’t give me a part that I had on order and already paid for.
