My alternator went out on a recent family vacation hundreds of miles from home. Luckily I was able to limp my truck to O'Reilly. They didn't have the part in stock but were able to order it for me and it was at the store in an hour. The manager let me do the work right in the parking lot and provided tools to do the job. Although it was not good timing to break down it worked out very well. The breakdown only cost me 3 hours and a lot less money than having a mechanic do it!
Friendly, fast to help, made the return go by with no issues at all
very nice and clean I'm from St Louis so when the employees were genuine and nice made for a great experience even if I was broke down out of town.
