Customer service at the location is beyond horrible. I went in 4 hours before closing time to purchase wiper blades and the female working refused to accept cash payment because she already counted out her drawer. The wipers were RainX brand I had to buy in a pinch and the quality is terrible. Employees are never helpful and appear as though they couldn't care less if anyone shopped here. There are too many other options for car parts in Bethel and along 125 to ever return to this store.
Stopped in there late in the evening right before they closed! Jacob my retail specialist save the day! Just shout out to the local bethel O'Reilly's....

Well it wasn't my best experience because for one the part they gave me was the wrong one and after telling the clerk it wasn't the right one he assured me it was but as I already new it wasn't the right part then when taking the part back in which they did return they couldn't even give me the part at all was told the part on my truck wasn't the right one because they can't find it or even order the part for me so now I'm trying AutoZone but usually they have exactly what I need and most often cheaper than any where else
