Purchased a new Super Start Extreme batter from this store in January of 2023 with a 3 year warranty. This battery lasted roughly 2 years and was replaced in December of 24. Now the replacement batter has failed in less than 20 months. Two of their batteries have failed in less than two years each but now they don’t want to honor their warranty. If that’s your customer service policy I can assure you that will be my final purchase at Oreilly’s. Never received this type of service from Autozone and Advanced Autoparts..
Super helpful
Not a bad store. However they use to be a little more motorcycle friendly. It was my go to. Stopped in today. They didn’t have my filter and they have stopped selling the synthetic 4t oil I use. Lucky they had them down the street at a different store.
