I visited my local O'Reilly Auto Parts this week to pick up some oil. Jacob was the associate who helped me. Unfortunately, the experience was more difficult than it needed to be. When I told him which vehicle I needed oil for, he grabbed a bottle and filter and rang me up. After getting back to my car, I realized it was the wrong oil. I had to go back inside, let him know, and then select the correct one myself to complete the purchase. Customer service at the location is beyond horrible. I went in 4 hours before closing time to purchase wiper blades and the female working refused to accept cash payment because she already counted out her drawer. The wipers were RainX brand I had to buy in a pinch and the quality is terrible. Employees are never helpful and appear as though they couldn't care less if anyone shopped here. There are too many other options for car parts in Bethel and along 125 to ever return to this store.
Stopped in there late in the evening right before they closed! Jacob my retail specialist save the day! Just shout out to the local bethel O'Reilly's....
