They are very rude and disrespectful to their customers. I will never go back to this place. Advance Auto is the place to go I cant say enough how respectful and helpful they where compared to O'Reilly.

The old man was very rude and sold me the log nat that was not the right size and when I went back in to check if I can get the right size and was willing to pay for it. He was now accusing me of spoiling the log nat and thought I would argue and I just said thank you and left.
