Every time I go to O'Reilly's I look for Justin Jacob's to be behind the counter thank God this day he was he has always helped me the best any part salesman ever has above & beyond if there were 10 Stars I'd give them to him and the older gentleman that was working with him he was really cool too Justin feels like he could be my brother or something I really feel security when I see it's Justin that's here I'm happy to hear he's being made manager you couldn't have picked a better guy
Great customer service
I was having a panic attack trying to figure out a part in my car and William took action knowing how to speak to me to calm me down so he can help me figure out the problem. I was able to get home and figure out the problem and I’m really grateful for the kindness that was shown to me by not only Bill but also everyone else in the store. Thank you guys.
I wouldnt have even put a star up bit i had to to continue with my review. Rude unhelpful workers. Thought it was funny and both workers thought it was funny because i said i was going to another store. I would never recommend this store to anyone I work hard for the money i spend at stores and not going to be treated like a nobody after leaving rhis store.
