Had a Check Engine light come on while on a 1,600 mile roadtrip from Michigan to Florida. Stopped by O'Reilly and asked for assistance, Reece the assistant manager helped us scan our vehicle and even printed a report for us and gave reassuring information on the status of our car. Reece is the man!
On my way from Arlington heights to Cincinnati my check engine light came on. I pulled over in Rensaliair for a diagnostic test. They were so helpful!!! It was the knock sensor which was not good!! They called the closest Kia dealership for me in Lafayette Indiana to discuss options. It was in agreement that I could make it to the dealership but definitely not to Cincinnati! Very clean store. The staff is as helpful as they can be. But I wouldn't rely on their knowledge of mechanics. Definitely get a mechanic's opinion. But all in all a pretty good experience.
