Company policy for O’Rielly Auto Parts is to change your battery for you. I bought a battery there and they said they couldn’t change it out for me. 5 months pregnant with a baby, and I was stranded. A random customer saw my distress and changed my battery for me. District manager said he could give me a discount on my next purchase there. I’ll never step foot in another O’Rielly Auto Parts.
