Micheal was a good ol chap. But honestly went above and beyond what I have experienced in any autoshop store. He helped me find right parts I needed. Was very patient with doing exchanges as I needed them so I could budget properly. Even came out and helped me switch the battery out of my car and clean a few things on the terminal I wouldn’t of thought of. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, very kind, very outgoing. Thank you to Michael and someone give that man a tea and a raise 😂🤙🏻
The white guy in here has no customer service skills. He act like, "I don't want to serve you but, it's my job". Don't worry 3xs a charm. To you man "Don't worry, I'm not coming back for round 4.
