Wynter and Ross at Atlanta, TX location went above and beyond. I was in a van towing a UHaul and had a trip planned north to Minnesota. The tow hitch was too low for my car. They removed the ball end and tried to reverse it to give me 2 more inches in height. They could not. So Wynter took the part and drove over to a local mechanic who had the tools to reverse the ball to give me height. She brought it back where Ross secured all parts and reassembled the connection. Went to purchase a part, and the female employee was standing at the door smoking a cigarette, and as I walked up and spoke, she didn't say a word. I told the other employee about her, and he just ignored what I had just said. Unfriendly staff.or I wasn't welcome. I felt like I was part of the movie Get Out!
