Always good workers willing to help you and get you what you need
Great location! Good stock need more employees that cater to actually work there and not leave the one person up front to help a line of ppl that always has questions and needs assistance.for instance going out side to a customers vehicle but can't because the other person sits in the back! Also I got a rotor and brakes badly needed to be changed at least the brakes but because i was given the wrong rotor I wasn't able to change it that day and it was a difference in price being lower!
I had some unexpected car trouble on the freeway while heading to visit family, so I searched for the nearest auto parts store and found this O'Reilly’s location—and I’m so glad I did! The customer service here was absolutely outstanding. They had a scan tool available to check the "check engine" codes, provided a printout, and had everything that was needed in stock.
