I visited O'Reilly's today. The service was prompt and excellent. Cameron and his team answered my questions patiently and provided assistance.
Robert helped me today and he was so kind and knowledgeable! He helped me find all the best parts for my car and changed my windshield wipers super quick so I didn’t have to.
During my visit, I interacted with the store manager, Cameron, whose conduct was not only unprofessional but also demeaning. From the start of our interaction, his tone was dismissive and condescending. Instead of providing helpful customer service, Cameron spoke in a way that felt belittling and unnecessary.
