Fast service and great customer service
Thank you O'Reilly! Devon and Chasity were working the other night when my check engine light came on, and was professional and kind even though I was frustrated. I called up there on my way home. My truck has 16 spark plugs and I was throwing a cylinder 6 misfire. I was thinking great a coil pack and spark plugs, I was wrong I just needed a coil pack boot and new plugs. They saved me money, had my parts in stock and even pulled them to make sure everything was right when I pulled up and walked in!! You guys helped brighten ... read more
