Tried to call 2 times yesterday, they don't answer the phone. Went up there today waited at the counter while 3 employee's were looking at their computers and never acknowledged me. I don't have this problem at the Gainesville or Sherman locations. I'll just order from Amazon next time.
Asked for help and they tried to up sell me and then the employees laughed at me for asking for help.
