they help me put a battery in my truck. there was only one person on site. he was very helpful
I am absolutely flabbergasted, customer service is an absolute disgrace at this location and the owner should absolutely be ashamed he employs such. Bring a battery in less than two years old, old man doesn’t say hello how are you he says “well it ain’t under warranty I’ll tell you that” he then pulls up purchasing history and sees it is in fact under warranty. This man was livid like it was his own dollar paying for it yelling about this battery. I will NEVER BE BACK drove to Sherman orielys and they swapped the battery out... read more
$200 battery dead after one year on a 3 year battery. My mobile mechanic said their batteries last only 6-12 months
