Tony was by far the most rude parts person I've ever dealt with. It's a shame because I've been doing business with O'Reilly's for years. Went in for a very common 12 volt relay. It came off a camper so there was no vehicle to look up. But i had a picture with the part number but Tony just refused to look up the part and said "we don't sell those". I knew that they did but i want going to stand and argue with the man. Went to AutoZone in Gainesville. They found the part in less than a minute and they were happy to do so. I s... read more
