I was just at the store. I was trying to return some tools. Of the two workers in the store Linda or Lisa (not sure of her name) she was helping customers and doing all she could. Then there was Thomas that was to busy ignoring customers and the phone. He was wandering all over the store with no care in the world. While he was putting parts away customers getting the parts is much more important. Will notbe back to this location.
Usually service is good, however today there were three employees working that were seen. There was one employee checking out and another stocking parts. From the moment i entered the store there was a line of people waiting to check out, me included. At No time did the employee either of the other employees offer to check anyone out. Line kept getting longer…….
Usually have what I need. If not, they can usually order it. If not, they can recommend where you can get it, usually pick-a-part in my case.
