Been a Ioyal customer since it opened in Negaunee Michigan normally no issues with the store and its employees. Almost every parts tools etc are good and if they go bad and they're is a warranty the staff gets it taken car of until today when clearly the part came from orielys. Bur the computer says it was the opposite side i had bought before and replaced. (It was a brake caliper by the way) i said it was impossible because th original GM caliper was still on the passenger side and this 1 was only abou1 and half years old s... read more

Great service team!
This is by far the best store to get your vehicle parts from. Store is clean, staff is always super friendly and helpful. I love how they turn the computer screen so you can see the prices of the parts.
