I stopped by the AutoZone near the tracks on NW 7th St on 8/15/25 to quickly check something on my car, and instead of receiving assistance, I was aggressively confronted by an employee who had no business interfering. The individual was unnecessarily hostile, made inappropriate comments, and acted as though I was doing something wrong, despite being a paying customer. Kristopher helped me from start to finish—testing the battery, explaining everything clearly, and even installing the new one right there in the parking lot.
