Came in to look for some hydraulic fittings whoever the small young guy and the big older guy are were absolutely unhelpful and kept telling me “NO” to having product before I even go done speaking what I was saying. Extremely unhelpful unlike there defuniak location who I took the same problem to and was helped without and grief at all for the same problem!
Got us what we needed in a day.
Went to this store today to get a ' Check Engine' light checked and was handed the code reader and was told to do it myself. According to them, they're not supposed to diagnose any check engine lights, the customer has to do it. Clearly, in my opinion, they were just too damn lazy to do their job. I called corporate and asked if it was standard procedure for a customer to do this themselves and of course they said NO!! The assistant manager just sat there and went along with this lie!
