Will not answer phone calls and if they do happen to ever answer phone call , they will ask you to be put on hold and never come back to your phone call…. All that work there acts & seems as that they have no time for anyone to assist and help no one !!!
I called ahead to see if they've had a part and stock they did. They said they would set it aside for me. So I drove the 45 minutes up there. And when I get there, they didn't have the part. So instead they gave me a better part for a discounted price. I am a appreciate of everything they did and would recommend them anytime
Absolutely the best ever . I was over 400 miles away from home in Cuba , Missouri and had mechanical issues . Dakota and Brad were extremely helpful . After scanning my truck assisting me with parts they also had 2 great mechanics that came in for parts for themselves and ask them questions about it . They jumped in and fixed the parts that they could . I am beyond grateful and blessed to have the customer service and help these guys gave me .
