We were in town for a family reunion when sadly the low coolant light in our rental car came on. Luckily we happened to see a trusty O’Reillys store minutes later. When we walked in there were two counter guys. One guy with a beard helping a customer and another bigger guy that seemed more interested in his phone and his food than assisting us and couldn’t be bothered. Had to buy some wipers for my car, went in and helped me get them and he came out and put them on. Very nice gentleman.
Christine and Bryan (not sure on spelling) were a great help today. Outa town on a trip and needed to replace my battery (of course!!) in my 2500. Bryan wasn’t even in the clock yet and he was assisting me behind the counter! They got me the battery i needed and a few of the tools that i didn’t have with me. Even a place to wash up after i was done. Awesome people. Great experience and great staff. Certainly the kinda employees you hope to have in your business!! 👌🏼👌🏼thank you
