Great workers got what I needed
Hoy fui a la tienda de O’Reilly para intentar hacer el cambio de una pieza con mi tío, una persona mayor pero lamentablemente la experiencia fue muy desagradable. La vendedora, Berenice, tuvo una actitud pésima: fue grosera tanto en sus gestos como en su forma de hablar, mostrando muy poca disposición para ayudar. Sinceramente, no entiendo cómo pueden tener a una persona con ese trato al público en un lugar donde se supone que el ambiente debería ser amable y positivo. Este tipo de atención deja mucho que desear.
