If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Took a battery in there to get it tested. They said the battery was fine even though I expressed my concerns about it giving a reverse polarity fault and bouncing meter readings . So against my better judgment had the car towed 20 miles to the dealership to be told that battery is bad. 350 dollars later that was totally avoidable Then called O’Reily to see if I could get a new battery and they just said not their problem! Called Autozone and they said they would give a new battery ... read more
I was very impressed with Jasper and her professionalism. She tested the starter and battery in my vehicle and diagnosed it with a bad battery. I purchased a new battery and I am now going to be shopping there for all of my automotive needs. I would even give them 10 stars.
Im a first time driver and very bad with cara but they helped me get the right windshield wipers and great deals
