I was very impressed with Jasper and her professionalism. She tested the starter and battery in my vehicle and diagnosed it with a bad battery. I purchased a new battery and I am now going to be shopping there for all of my automotive needs. I would even give them 10 stars.
Im a first time driver and very bad with cara but they helped me get the right windshield wipers and great deals
Asst. manager Carrie is apparently too busy to be kind to an 18 year old girl who has come to the store with a list of things to buy because her transmission went out in a snow storm. Oh, and she will roll her eyes at you if she has to repeat herself because you’re trying to process what she’s telling you. This is not the first negative and terrible experience with this employee. She acts like she hates her job… or maybe her life, im not sure which but a little kindness goes a long way!
