On the evening of September 30, 2026, we drove all the way from Wallingford to Meriden because this store had the parts we needed. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The assistant manager was working at the front desk, and he was painfully rude. He did not seem interested in listening to what we were looking for.
