Poor customer service. How does a commercial account just disappear
I've been coming to this specific O'Reillys for well over a decade. I have seen many employees come and go, I have a shop and have stuff delivered and picked up daily. I have to say that Jim is hands down the best store manager this place has seen yet. I deal with Rhett a lot too since I'm a shop owner and I'm here to tell y'all, I don't ever want to deal with another ISS person who's not Mr. Wanner. Walked in today in need of a car battery. Stood there for nearly 15 minutes and no employee offered to help me. One employee walked by me twice as I stood near the counter. Had he actually been helping someone I could understand. If this is great customer service I would hate to see the bad. I left and got a new battery somewhere else.
