The young man at the counter was very helpful. He had a smile on his face and he greeted me right away. He was so helpful finding my front axle for my Ford expedition. Plus he carried it out to my car. Thanks again jewels! I think thats how you spell his name idk.
I broke down and stopped in to get a code read done. Julez quickly helped me out and got the right diagnostic and right part. However, I broke the bad part in my engine when I tried to remove it and Julez quickly lent me some tools and even tried to remove the part himself. Both him and Dakota gave me more tool options and were friendly and patient. Even though I eventually needed a mechanic, both of these guys were awesome to work with.
I’m big on customer service apparently the employee named Dakota is not! As for the rest of you great job! Not having to repeat myself is nice glad most of you know how to write stuff down! If customer service isn’t for you it’s not for you and you should go someplace else! Would have given 1 star but the other 2 employees I dealt with did great!
Tyler was absolutely AMAZING! My alternate battery decided to almost explode 🤯 n out way to Seattle. Tyler and a man named Jimi Davis from auto care 4 u helped replace the battery and still no power to my car. After about hour or so they both got my car back and running and on the road again! Tyler deserves the biggest fattest raise ever and employee of the YEAR!!! And Jimi is absolutely the greatest and sweetest! Call him if you need help! THANK YOU TYLER AND JIMI!!!!
