Whoever oversees how this store is ran is not doing their job. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in customer service. No one seems to want to work there or has the knowledge to be working there.
Oh my gosh, I went in one day last week, and there was one young Man, a really nice young Man working all alone. There were several people in the back room laughing and having a good time, I'm guessing ALL eating lunch or having a break while this poor guy was getting customer after customer. In the meantime I'm waiting for him to put my wipers on my car, mind you, I'm not really in a hurry, other than my Mom was patiently waiting in the car. If they answer the phone (I’ve called four times in the last two weeks and the phone rings for ten minutes w no answer) then they’re helpful. Why doesn’t anybody answer the phones at the ellensburg location?
Super customer service- identified items that had warranty left and assisted with replacements. Five stars, super happy, awesome!
