Dakota exceeded my expectations Great service and personality
We had to stop here for an emergency headlight change 15 minutes before it closed and we accidentally got the wrong part so they offered to change the part for the right one but insted they gave us the same wrong part and then locked their doors. It was confusing to talk to everyone there but the old lady was especially rude and unhelpful.
You have some rude and unhelpful people working in your store. Especially, the older lady. She hates answering any questions and will put you off on anyone or anything else aside from getting you an answer. It makes it really difficult to want to go to your store for help or products.
Got to the point and got me what I needed!
