Phenomenal experience at the Ellensburg location! Had to refill oil which I had never done before and the young man behind the counter with the nose ring not only helped us in picking the right oil but also helped us in refilling our car. He was very nice, polite, and helpful. Overall 10/10 experience
I have a pretty crappy old car that constantly needs some sort of attention. The folks in here are absolutely wonderful! I've had a couple occasions where a code was read and I had to get the new part and one of the guys would help me install it. The customer service in here is always fabulous!
