Okay, understand one thing. These people are not trained mechanics, some stores have a more knowledgeable staff than others, but they'll help you find what you need or diagnose your auto problem the best they can. Had some problems in the past obtaining correct parts for my 85 3/4 Ton chevy... the guy wouldn't listen to me and/or didn't understand me. I noticed he's since gone. Better staff would be recommended, maybe get some diversity in the store. Prices are outrageous worst than the employees.
Over priced items, employees are overpaid, very bad customer service.
