Great experience. Big shout out to Esperanza (take good care of her!) She was knowledgable, and very kind and patient to find the part I needed, within my budget, and let me use loaner tools in the parking lot to install it. Vehicle started right up, I'm so grateful, what a relief! New to town, will be coming back to O'Reilly's now for auto needs.
