4:30 PM September 16, 2026 O’Reilly Auto Parts Outstanding Sales Manager Ben made a suggestion for a tool that I needed and instead of purchasing one I bought two one SAE and one Metric. Upon checking out and paying the other employee JUNIOR for my purchase he went out of his way to misgendering me even though I corrected him he still went out of his way to misgender me. Making me feel as though I’m not a valued customer. I’m definitely not shopping there again when he’s on duty!
Ben was awesome; we got locked out of our truck and he was so helpful going above and beyond to help us out. We are from out of town and I’m mind blown by the hospitality.
Ben helped us so much. The truck we were driving got locked with the keys in it and we are out of towners with nothing to unlock it. He gave us tools and equipment to use and got us back on the road.
BobbyAnn did an excellent job. Had a great attitude and was genuinely helpful. Good job. Give her a raise.
