Richard is rude and very unhelpful. Treated multiple of my staff members like trash. Because of him, we will now avoid this oreillys and others if possible. He needs to be retrained properly or find a different job, since he doesn't want to resolve issues to keep a business moving forward. We didn’t have any issues here over the past years but things changed a lot recently. 10/10 delivery drivers though.
