Bought brake pads and rotors for my car with a discount for buying it in a set. After getting home and realizing they’re giving me the wrong rotors I returned to the store to exchange them. They said they couldn’t give me the package deal price on these rotors because they are not in the set so they wanted to charge me 58 additional dollars to get the right rotors I should’ve gotten in the first place.
Took 45 minutes for them to install a new battery in my car, turns out it wasn’t fitting because they put the wrong size in there… actually painful
I needed a new battery and the assistant manager jay was extremely helpful and nice. He got us a new battery very quickly and was extremely chill.
Love this O’Riley, ever since I got my car they’ve done nothing but provided me with everything I need and informed me about every I will need to maintain and keep my car healthy and running. Especially store manager Dominique Bradley, he has been nothing but amazing to me and my friends when we come in to get parts for our cars. O’Rileys y'all got a good one going at the Clemson O’Rileys. Keep it up guys!
