My 73yr old mother needed to have a new battery in her car, it actually wouldn't start when she got to O'Reilly. They would not take her old battery out and put in the new one for her because it was under her backseat. So she walked 3 blocks to a restaurant to wait until I got off work. So you have 3 grown men working at O'Reilly and not 1 of them could google how to get to the battery and put it in for her!!
