Stopped in for what I assumed was a dead battery. Peter was able to confirm the issue was my battery, replaced it and checked my alternator. He took care of everything very quickly and efficiently and was very kind and helpful.

I had a really great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts, and I especially want to recognize Mitchell for being so helpful. As a younger girl who doesn’t know much about cars, I was a little unsure of what I needed, but Mitchell was extremely kind, patient, and honest with me. He went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on with my car and helped me get everything taken care of. I was heading down to Tampa when one of my lights went out. With no tools on hand, Michael from this O’Reilly store guided me along and even through the install process. It is a phenomenal level of customer service and I cannot recommend this specific store enough. If you want someone who cares about helping you out, skip on every other auto parts store and come straight to this one. Thank you to Michael and the entire crew out here!

Stopped by for a check engine light.code read.. The staff on duty handle this very quickly and gave me the absolute best advice on how to fix the problem. It ened up being an easy fix with the reccommended chemical additive . Saved me a lot if time and MONEY...
