I went to get my battery checked and possibly replaced. There was only one other customer. The young man asked my model and when I told him he looked at me and said I can sell you one but can't put it in for you. His laptop screen said my car was possibly difficult and lengthy to install. I told him it wasn't a problem before in Memphis. So he told me again he couldn't help me and I said Ok and walked out.
