Im not big on doing reviews but there is one individual that deserves a raise or promotion. Every time I go there ,he always greets me and maintains a positive attitude. His name is Damien. He's always been very helpful and tries his hardest to find the part your looking for. Keep up the good work young man.

I don't visit this O'Reilly location very often, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. Every other employee I've dealt with here has been friendly, professional, and helpful, which is why this interaction stood out so much. I came in to purchase transmission fluid and asked an employee named Cassandra if the fluid I had selected was the correct one for my vehicle. I’ve waited a few days before writing this review, but after multiple bad experiences at this location, I feel it needs to be addressed. Every issue we’ve had has involved the same two employees: Kerry and Cassandra. About a week ago, my husband and I came in looking for fluids for a 2015 Chevy fixer-upper we purchased.
