He's always been very helpful and tries his hardest to find the part your looking for. Keep up the good work young man.
I don't visit this O'Reilly location very often, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. Every other employee I've dealt with here has been friendly, professional, and helpful, which is why this interaction stood out so much. I came in to purchase transmission fluid and asked an employee named Cassandra if the fluid I had selected was the correct one for my vehicle.
