Good service
I called both O'Reilly Auto and Autozone in Jarrell regarding the same issue. The associate at Autozone was impolite/unprofessional and completely uninterested in assisting me. I'm so glad I called over to O'Reilly Auto, where I was assisted by the Assistant Manager who was upbeat, efficient and extremely professional and helpful.
Was traveling from dallas to austin and when I stopped for gas my car wouldnt start. The battery was completely dead and so I jumped it and drove it to this location. The service individual was extremely helpful and replaced the battery for me. I didnt catch his name but my recipe said Mark. Thank you so much for saving us!
Diagnosed mu problem was able to get where I was going w/o worry I was damaging the car O was driving..friendly staff helped me out with a quickness
