I bought a Maltese transfer pump from the store like three days ago, have a receipt there’s nothing wrong with the pump. It didn’t work for my application. I was told that because they can’t verify that it didn’t work for my application that they cannot trust that I am not returning a broken or old thing. Despite it being brand new in the package still.
