I honestly don’t understand why Mr. Carlos is working at this store. Every time I’ve gone in and asked for help, he simply doesn’t assist at all. He doesn’t seem interested in helping customers or answering questions. I went in looking for support and guidance, and I received absolutely no help from him. I don’t recommend asking him for assistance because, honestly, he doesn’t help whatsoever.
