I’m so incredibly grateful for the kindness and help I received from Britney at the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Kenedy. I was traveling through the area with my young kids and am not familiar with the town at all. When my car suddenly wouldn’t start, I was honestly pretty frantic and didn’t know what to do. Britney answered the phone and was so calm, kind, and reassuring. She even met me to check my battery and helped figure out exactly what was going on.
