My youngest son is 14 and always at O'Reilly's on Ventura buying maintenance supplies for his ebike. The entire staff has been nothing short of great with how they treat him. Strongly recommend this store!!
Came into a dead shop holding a photo containing all the info needed to find a replacement part. Short wrinkly guy couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge I was standing in front of his till. I was the only customer in the store. He proceeded to be so ornery I fled the store. I’ve lived down the street for seven years and this was always my first stop for parts. Now I’m over at the big box store. I learned I’ll get no respect either way so why not pay less. Maybe I’ll even get some basic decency here.
