Came into a dead shop holding a photo containing all the info needed to find a replacement part. Short wrinkly guy couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge I was standing in front of his till. I was the only customer in the store. He proceeded to be so ornery I fled the store. I’ve lived down the street for seven years and this was always my first stop for parts. Now I’m over at the big box store. I learned I’ll get no respect either way so why not pay less. Maybe I’ll even get some basic decency here.
Wouldn't sell me oil because I was wearing my “AutoZone” work uniform, even offered to take off the shirt if I could make the purchase. My store does not carry the item I was looking for. J.D. Dayton is the worst DM ever for refusing customers because of competition.
Helpful staff, lots of auto supplies, a perfect quick stop for parts and supplies on the way home or a reliable store for parts and refills!
sold me the wrong drain plug. I specifically told him the part number I wanted, and he got a different one off the shelf and sold me it. now I have to return it and waste my time due to someone else being incompetent
