Had the parts on hand i wanted
The O’Reilly team was so incredibly helpful. It made our New Year’s Eve. Let me set the stage: morning of December 31st, 28 degrees out, wind blowing, our car wouldn’t start after spending the night in Colby on our drive from KC to Denver. They helped us jump start our car in a nearby parking lot and diagnose a battery issue. I drove it over to their lot and they helped install a new battery for me all in the freezing cold. I would absolutely stop here again.
Today we had truck problems and stopped at O’Reilly’s checking if they had the hose we suspected. they recommended several names plus Jiffy Lube. With kansas Quick lube next door we tried there first. Those guys found the problem… not the hose and O’Reilly’s had the part so we were on the road back to Denver in no time. Thanks for the part of recommendations.
Thank you Jake for your patience and persistence changing my key fob battery. When it initially didn't work you went above and beyond checking fuses and checking on the computer for solutions. Great customer service!! Jake was awesome!!
