I stopped by the store just 20 minutes before closing at 10 PM because my truck was struggling to start—and I had a long drive ahead of me for work at 5 AM. Ricky went above and beyond. He quickly checked my battery, confirmed that was the issue, and replaced it on the spot. I’m so grateful for his help! If it weren’t for him, I could’ve ended up stranded in a parking lot after a 12-hour shift, hours from home. And this was all right before closing on a Friday night!
